The abode of Organic Krishna Mandir

ORGANIC KRISHNA – one who is pure, natural. Unique and absolute. One who is above all faiths, religions, sects and creeds. One whose love nourishes and cleanses our soul. One who wants a simple, natural and healthful devotion from his devotees.

About Mandir:

Among the many miracles performed by the Supreme Godhead of Sri Krishna is the coming into existence of the Organic Krishna Mandir in Hyderabad.

The Krishna Mandir was built by an IITian. It is said that the manifestation of this Mandir is nothing short of a miracle- a sage from the Himalayas who prefers to remain anonymous, had instructed to build this Mandir as per the will of Lord Sri Krishna. And the founders of this Mandir immediately set about completing this task and today this Mandir stands testimony to Divine Inspiration. Set amidst the pristine outskirts of Hyderabad, it is a beautiful spiritual retreat exuding peace and joy. It testifies to the power of pure love and devotion which are the only requisites to attain the grace of the lotus eyed Lord Krishna

About the Foundation:

Organic Krishna Foundation is the brain child of VenkateshwarluPanugulla, a graduate from IIT Guwahati. Venkateshwarlu, an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna founded this Foundation in 2019 in Hyderabad. A group of more than 50 graduates from various IITs are also part of this spiritual enterprise and are proactively engaged in various activities of this Foundation.

The Krishna Mandir:

  • As Lord Krishna loves nature, Organic Krishna Mandir is a haven of peace, surrounded by greenery and filled with holy & Medicinal plants like-Krishna tulasi , Krishna Kamalam and Parijatham flowers. There are also trees like Neem(Vepa), Banyan (Marri), Indian Fig (Juvvi) Peepal(Raavi) Mango (Mamidi) Kadam (kadamba) and others which supply plenty of oxygen and render the place clean and healthful. It can be described as a Brindavanam.
  • Instead of being built as a grand and opulent structure, Organic Krishna Mandir is a small ‘kutiram’-like simple shelter which is designed to protect one from rain and storms. This Mandir inspires one to be close to nature instead of going against nature.
  • In this Mandir there is no Priest and no Hundi kept for offerings.
  • It contains one Yagnashala to conduct yagnas to seek God’s blessing for good rains and to cleanse the environment.

Organic Krishna Pujas :

  • Puja is done by chanting Sri KrishnaShathanamavali.
  • Gita Yagnam: Gita yagnam is done for 18 days (daily one chapter is read and the shloka and the meaning of that chapter are studied) Reference: Gita press.
  • Organic Krishna Yagnam : Yagnam is done by reading Sri Krishna Shathanamavali (108 names of Krishna) with 3 cycles which takes around 18 minutes.

Devotee Pujas :

  • Lord Krishna never asks any offerings from his devotees like panchabaksh – aparamanams ,prasadalu, gold, diamond, big constructions & architecture.
  • He asks only a pure mind and heart.
  • So in this Mandir only Krishna tulasi is offered as prasadam.
  • So Devotees can come with empty hands but with pure love and devotion towards Lord Krishna. { Gita : 9-26}

Organic Krishna Mantra :

  • Only one mantra is chanted- ‘ Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya’
  • Mantra can be chanted at any time and place- there are no restrictions.
  • Mantra is for the soul and not for the body. { Gita : 2-20}
  • Organic Krishna devotees concentrate only on the soul and not on the body.
  • The simplest meaning of devotion is Knowing God.
  • This is done through the Dwadasakshari mantra ‘ Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya’ This mantra was given by Lord Naradha to the great devotees (Dhruv and Prahaladha) and great saints (Vyasa &Valmiki).

Aim:

  • Realizing that God is Omnipresent ,Omnipotent and Omniscient is true.
  • Wisdom and the one who knows this truth is called the Realised soul. One who does not realise this remains ignorant.
  • We must commit ourselves to the path of God realisation by adopting the path of self realisation.And we have only one guru -Lord Krishna. { Gita : 9-34}
